Product Review: King Arthur Flour’s Sourcream Blueberry Pancakes

These are some amazing pancakes.? Very, very delicious and packed with flavor, they were easy to make and made enough to feed nine people.? Keep in mind I served pan fried Spam and turkey bacon on the side, so it didn’t single handedly feed 9 people, but it made enough pancakes.?

You will want to stir the batter from the bottom as you pour or ladle it though, because the blueberries settle to the bottom of the batter and this will ensure equal distribution throughout the batch.

Pancake texture was good…light, fluffy and soft.? This is the kind of quality I have come to expect from King Arthur Flour mixes and they really delivered.? My Pumpkin Patch Brunch was a rousing success, thanks King Arthur!
