Thanks for your kind words about my house, I love it. It’s funny because when I was a little girl, I delivered papers here, and always thought it was a “rich” neighborhood, because of all the big Victorians and nicer homes…never *dreamed* I would end up living here. And for the record, it’s not a rich neighborhood, at least not anymore, if it ever was.

We used to have those walls in the house I grew up in when I was 1-12. Mom was talking about those walls just the other day – I think she called it Insolate. My Mom & Dad had bought the house from her parents. She was telling a story about my Uncle Ted making a tuna salad sandwich, squeezing it up and putting it in a glass of milk. He would do this and eat it with a spoon. My Mom said something to him about it that he didn’t like, and he threw the glass at her. She said Grandpa had just put those walls in throughout the house. Well, when that tuna salad sandwich in milk hit the wall, it left a huge stain…something she never forgot.

Now, maybe that’s paneling that you painted over and not what we had at all, but it made me think of it anyway
