I used 3/4 cup chopped walnuts and 3/4 cup dried cranberrys, chopped instead of the chocolate and toffee. These disappeared at church yesterday. They are great one bite cookies. They are the crack-cocaine of the cookie world. I got 7 1/2 dozen out of a double batch, My son walked by popped one in his mouth and sad "These are frickin' awesome" then I think he ate a dozen.
