And You Thought I Only Had Boys!

Let me introduce you to two V.I.P.’s of my household…they are my babies…my girls…Very Important Personalities!

This is Spottonia Doreen, aka Spottles.

And this little lover is Daisworth, aka Daisy.? Daisy and I have not always been friends.? This has changed.? For the better I might add.

Not shown is my first darling, the queen of queens, Smitty (terrible name) aka Momma Kitty.? This is because she was being a diva and wouldn’t look at me for a picture.? Totally out of character for her.? We did not name her Smitty.? I would never give a cat like her that kind of name.? A guy named her, and abandoned her in a parking lot…got a case of guilty conscience and asked me to take her in…which I did, promptly.

Spottles is Momma Kitty’s baby.? From the only litter she had.? The litter she birthed on my lap, I might add.? Yeah, that was an interesting day.

? Daisy was a gift to my son Carl from his friend Mallory.?

?All three of my girls are as different as can be.?

?Daisy thinks she’s human…she eats cheesecake right along with me (I’ve given in…I just fix her a minature plate of her own and she loves it.)? She also tries to open doors by turning the handles.? It’s very funny to watch.? She immediately accosts all visitors, inquisitively rubbing up against them and demanding some attention.? This drives several of my family members insane.

Spottles is my antisocial girl.? She’s pretty much “my” cat.? We have an understanding she and I…I’ll pet her from head to tail, as long as she won’t hog the bed.? And she can, she’s huge.

I’ll try to sweet talk Momma into a picture.? She’s a pure bred Chocolate Point Himalayan, with ice blue eyes. She’s positively gorgeous, and such a lover.? I will half lay/sit on the couch at night to watch a movie and she’ll come and fall asleep on my lap while I absentmindedly pet her.? It’s soothing to both of us, and something I just love doing.

We’ve had many adventures, my girls, boys and I, and now since you know this cast of characters, I will regale you all with further tales in the future.? I know you just can’t wait (thrilling idn’t it?).
