Adjustments

I haven’t blogged much of this week and I’m feeling kinda guilty about that…but in all fairness, I started my new job this week, and though it’s not many hours a day, when you combine it with everything I do around my house, it’s left me pretty darn tired at the end of the day.? For the first time in a long time, I was really glad to see a weekend roll around because I didn’t have to go anywhere.?

I love the job I’m doing, it’s easy and fun.? It’s only a few hours a day as well, while Little Man is in school, and so I’m home when he’s home.? You can’t beat that!

I’m needing a chiropractor appointment as well…I threw something out this weekend (I think it’s my right hip) and walking upright is becoming a very painful process.

I planned all week to make puff pastry today and I did.? That my friends, is it’s very own post, coming soon to a blog near you (mainly here, haha).

I’ve been reading a really good book in my spare time (mostly when I go to bed, which seems to be getting earlier and earlier lately!) called Roses by Leila Meacham.? It’s one of those big, sprawling, epic novels of romance, treachery, deceit, revenge and love…a completely swoon-worthy read if you’re in the mood for soap bubbles.

We attended Little Man’s Blue and Gold Banquet for Cub Scouts this weekend, and Little Man did us proud…that’s another post too, stay tuned for that and more this week, if I can keep my eyes open!
