Oh my word.

I discovered Etsy in depth for the first time the other day.

I think I was there for hours.

I made a favorites list, and proceeded to go a little crazy.

I also ordered myself a Valentine’s Day present.

I think Gypsy Moon Designs is my very favorite jewelry store there right now.

It’s where I found this:

I contacted the shop owner, Julie, about making an alteration on the piece for me.  She was very fast and professional with her reply and accomodated my request for a minimal materials fee.  I am so happy and excited, I can’t wait for this to come in the mail.

I am very fussy about jewelry.  I like unique, one of a kind pieces that are not mass produced and available every where you go.

The piece also has to jump out at me.

 Thus I don’t have a ton of jewelry.

This though, spoke to me.

It said “Oh…I’m so terribly purple…you know you love me…take me home, won’t you?”

And I did.
