All You Need is Love, Love…

Happiest of Valentine’s Days to all of you!  I hope you’re having a wonderful day full of sweet things–words whispered, confections tasted, and loving kisses and hugs exchanged.

This is our family Valentine:

Little Man and I made this together for his Valentine’s Day party at school at school last week.  They had their party a tad bit early, because our school district had Winter Break through today.

I had to use all my powers of persuasion to dissuade Little Man from wanting to make a WWE themed can.  In the end, we went with something more traditional, and the bonus was that I got to use my Silhouette to cut out all those pretty little hearts, and the words.  I have mentioned before, on occasion, how much I love my Silhouette, right? Projects like this are exactly why.  Fun, fast and easy with this wonderful papercrafting toy!

We’re heading over to my parent’s house tonight for a yummy dinner of Mexican Stackups.  Are you having a special dinner with your special someone? What did you get your sweetie for Valentine’s Day?   What did you get yourself? I got a bottle of Clinique Happy in Bloom perfume and a pair of KSwiss tennis shoes, myself.
