A Little About Me From A to Z

I saw this on my blogging buddy Kelli’s blog and thought I would do it too, just for something fun and different.

A. Age: 41

B. Bed size: Queen.  I would like a King though.  You can never have to many pillows.

C. Chore you dislike: mopping the floors.  Even with a Swiffer Wet Jet, I just don’t enjoy it.

D. Dogs: I am ambivilent about dogs.  I like them, but owning one (which I do) is a different story.  I have to constantly nag the child who wanted the dog in the first place to take him outside so he can go potty.  I refuse to be the only one who takes care of him.  Other than that, I love our dog.  He’s a black Pomeranian, 11 months old.  He’s funny, sweet and intelligent.  Plus he’s a lover and loves to cuddle.

E. Essential start to your day: Diet Pepsi

F. Favorite color: brown, pink, purple

G. Gold or silver: Silver, it goes better with my skin tone.

H. Height: 5′ 9″

I. Instruments you play(ed): flute (parade and concert), bassoon (concert).  I would love to learn to play the piano.

J. Job title: Mother and building aide.

K. Kids: Carl, age 23 and Evan, age 8.

L. Live for ______: fun nights watching movies with my sons; baking, papercrafting.

M. Most embarrassing moment:  Tripping and falling HARD on the pavement at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego.  I was embarassed, hurt my arm and was pissed off too.

N. Nicknames:  Stace, Mom

O. Overnight hospital stays: Two times…one for each baby.

P. Pet peeves: When people say “Oh, I was going to buy that for you!” after you tell them you’re buying or have bought something.  I’m sorry, but YEAH RIGHT.

S. Siblings: Younger sisters Stephanie and Andrea; younger brothers Tom and Mike.

T. Time you wake up: On school days 6:45 most of the time.  On weekends, whenever.

U. University attended: Community college only.

V. Vegetables: I hate them.  Seriously.  Lettuce makes me gag.  Hard.  I love green beans and corn though!

W. What makes you run late:   I’m usually on time or early.  If I’m late for something, it’s usually Evan holding me up.

X. X-rays you’ve had: Dental.

Y. Yummy food you make: Home made pizza, lasagna, tacos, rag soup and anything sweet.

Z. Zoo animal favorites: Rhinocerous.  Rhinoceri?? Rhinos.  Love them.
