? This book is just incredible.? With a huge spectrum of recipes that will appeal to any taste (basics like Yellow Buttermilk Cupcakes and Chocolate Chip Cupcakes and specialties like Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes), not only is the selection of cupcake?recipes delightful and inspiring, but the icing and filling recipes, tips, tricks and sources definitely make this book a must have.
The source section alone for rural bakers (like me)?who don’t have immediate access to fun and fancy items is a God send.? I think I spent over an hour alone just looking things up online, and barely scratched the surface.
There’s even a mini lesson on spun sugar in here. Martha Stewart (or her food?editing staff) has made?this confection accessible and easy for the home baker, put in?simple terms almost anyone can understand.? For that alone this book deserves big kudos.
