Product Reviews

I ordered this product after my Weight Watcher’s leader showed it to us at a meeting.  Being a real peanut butter lover, I was a little skeptical, but because I’ve modified my eating habits so much lately I thought I would give it a try.

I ordered 4 1 lb. packages for $31.96 directly from Bell Plantation’s website.  Shipping was via UPS and cost $14.14.  The total for my order, which arrived today, was $46.10.  I thought the price for the product was extremely reasonable.  After having received it and tasted it, the price is awesome.

So why powdered peanut butter? It’s simple really–regular peanut butter is 5 P+ per two tablespoon serving.  This makes it very costly to eat points wise, especially when you get down to the lower levels of the program.  PB2 is just ONE P+ per two tablespoon serving.

It reconstitutes with water just like creamy peanut butter:

The consistency on the tongue is actually smoother than peanut butter made with sugar.  It is also significantly less sweet than regular peanut butter, but the peanut taste is pure and very strong.  This stuff is AWESOMELY delicious.  I cannot wait to get started baking with it, and enjoy it on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

I have decided to become a PB2 affiliate on this website…so if you’re interested in purchasing PB2 to try, and want to help support my blog as well, please click on the picture link for PB2 on the left and order that way–I certainly would appreciate it.   If you buy this and try it, let me know what you think and how you’re going to use it, I’m interested in what you think.
